Our team programs your complete menu into SkyTab before installation day — items, modifiers, pricing, and categories. You provide your current menu; we handle the rest.
Onsite Installation
Our certified installation team comes to your restaurant and handles all hardware setup, network configuration, and system testing. Most installations are completed in a single day.
Staff Training
We provide hands-on training for your entire team during the installation process — front-of-house, back-of-house, and management. We don't leave until your team is confident.

How long does the migration process take?
From your initial demo to go-live, the typical timeline is 2-4 weeks. This includes time for menu programming, hardware procurement, and scheduling your installation.
What happens to my data from my old POS?
We help you migrate your menu data from your current system. Historical sales data typically cannot be migrated between POS systems, but your new SkyTab system will start building your data from day one.
Can I keep my current payment processor?
SkyTab is built on Shift4 Payments, so payment processing is handled through Shift4. In most cases, switching to Shift4 results in competitive processing rates. We'll provide a rate analysis during your demo.
What if something goes wrong after installation?
SkyTab provides 24/7 technical support through Shift4. As your local partner, UBC Unlimited is also available for local support and troubleshooting.
Do I need to close my restaurant for installation?
Most installations are completed during off-hours or on a slower day of the week to minimize disruption. We work around your schedule.
